On 13 September 2023, Changkat Primary School (CKPS) celebrated Teacher's Day in school. The CKPS Partners in Education (PIE) Club and The Circular Classroom came up with a very creative and thoughtful idea to express parents’ gratitude to teachers, educators, school leadership and school staff: In line with the PIE Club's commitment to go green, parent volunteers sewed over 200 coasters out of 100% recycled school uniforms during craft workshop sessions in school and at home. These handmade gifts were a token of appreciation and respect to all CKPS teachers and staff for their unwavering support and hard work to create a supportive, collaborative and inclusive learning environment for our children.
